Our Story: 4-Sure was founded in 2015, with our main aim being to revolutionise the complex corporate job outsourcing and management landscape and create a digital ecosystem that seamlessly connects Corporates, their Customers, a multitude of Service Providers, and material Suppliers to enable the most efficient and satisfying experience for all involved. We want to truly understand ‘what matters’ to a customer when they request a service and ensure the service provider has every piece of information to deliver it perfectly. By aligning all key players in this ecosystem, we effectively reduce waste and ensure a better service delivery the first time around.

Why the name 4-Sure? The name “4-Sure” was inspired by the South African colloquialism ‘4-Sho’ meaning ‘all is good’, ‘for sure’ or ‘sharp’. Given our strong presence in the insurance sector, the play on ‘sure’ in insure represents an assurance that exceptional service will indeed be provided to any customer who makes a claim. The colour green in our branding symbolizes freshness and prosperity.

Our Business Units: 4-Sure operates through various business units, each playing a specific role in achieving our vision and mission. These units are headed by dedicated managers who report to our Executive team. Our core functional areas include:
- Client Engagement: Focused on business growth and scale, including sourcing clients, new contracts, consulting, and relationship management.
- Tech Solutions: Dedicated to innovation and technology enablement, covering solution technical design, software development, testing, and system monitoring.
- Data & Analytics: Responsible for reporting and data insights, including data validation, dashboard design, and business insight provision.
- Ops & Support: Overseeing the operationalization of projects and support for our user base, including user onboarding, training, and service provider management.
